1. Introduction

Welcome to PhotoX. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PhotoX and its services. By downloading, installing, or using PhotoX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We encourage you to carefully review them.

2. Agreement to Terms

By using PhotoX, you acknowledge and accept these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the app immediately.

3. Service Overview

PhotoX is an innovative tool designed to help you optimize your iPhone's performance by freeing up storage space and providing essential tools for a better digital experience. Our features include:

  • One-Tap Cleanup: Effortlessly clean photos and videos, including duplicates, similar images, blurry shots, screenshots, Live Photos, and large videos.
  • Category-Specific Cleanup: Review and clean different categories of media for a more personalized cleaning experience.
  • Travel Albums & Categorization: Organize photos by location to easily relive your experiences.
  • Security Features: Block intrusive ads, ensure safe browsing, and filter out adult content for a secure and pleasant online experience.
  • File Management: Organize, sort, and clean up files to free up storage space and keep your device running smoothly.

4. Data Collection

To provide a seamless user experience, PhotoX may collect the following types of technical data automatically:

  • Device model and operating system version
  • App version and settings
  • Usage data such as session duration and interaction patterns

This data is anonymized and aggregated to maintain app performance, improve features, and resolve operational issues. In rare cases, certain data may be retained for processing refund requests or to prevent misuse.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

PhotoX is available for free, but certain premium features require a subscription.

Subscriptions are available on a weekly or annual basis, with prices clearly displayed before purchase. Payments are processed securely via Apple ID.

  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Manage Subscription: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. To cancel your subscription, open Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, select your subscription, and tap Cancel Subscription.
  • Refund Requests: All refund requests must be made directly through Apple. We may provide relevant transaction details to assist in the process. Refund decisions are at Apple's discretion.

6. Updates to These Terms

We may periodically update these Terms to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or user feedback. The most current version will be available in the app or through other communication channels. Your continued use of PhotoX after these changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the updates, you must stop using the app.

7. Disclaimer

PhotoX is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that:

  • The app will be free of errors or interruptions.
  • The services will meet your expectations or requirements.

You use the app at your own risk, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, both express and implied, related to the app's functionality and content.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to PhotoX, including but not limited to trademarks, design, source code, and content, is owned by or licensed to the developers of PhotoX. You are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app's developers are registered, excluding its conflict of law principles. Any disputes related to these Terms or your use of PhotoX will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
